Our price match promise

Found the same product cheaper? We will match the price if all of these conditions are met:

The other retailer is an authorised UK retailer of that brand (an official stockist appointed by the manufacturer). Marketplace sellers (for example on Amazon or eBay) are only accepted if they are the brand's authorised retailer.
It is the identical product: same model, colour, version and bundle, brand new and in its original packaging.
The product is in stock and available to order at that price at the time of your request.
We compare the total price including delivery to the same destination.
Your request is made before you place your order with us.

We cannot match prices from clearance, ex-display, refurbished or second-hand stock, members-only or voucher-code prices, or prices that are clearly a pricing error. We check every request and reply by email, usually within one working day. One price match per product per customer. We reserve the right to decline a request that does not meet these conditions.

The Tiny Toddlers Price Matching Policy

At The Tiny Toddlers, we are committed to offering competitive prices on all our products. If you find a lower price from an authorized online retailer, simply fill out the form above, and we’ll match it for you!

How Price Matching Works:

Eligible Products: The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, and color) and available for purchase from an authorized online retailer.
Qualifying Retailers: We only price match against select authorized online retailers. Third-party marketplaces, auction sites, and unauthorized sellers are not included.
Proof of Price: Provide the link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price in the form above. The item must be in stock at the time of the price match request.
Timeframe: You can request a price match at the time of purchase or within 7 days of placing your order. If approved, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

Prices from membership-only sites, outlet or liquidation sales.
Special promotions, bundled offers, flash sales, or limited-time discounts (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
Typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or prices impacted by loyalty programs, rebates, or coupons.
