1. Delivery Details & Charges

At The Tiny Toddlers, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while providing clear and accurate delivery information.

We stock many products in our own warehouse for immediate dispatch, while others are supplied through our trusted UK and European supplier network. The estimated dispatch timeframe for each product is displayed on the individual product page before purchase and should always be considered the primary delivery estimate.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, supplier shortages, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions, dispatch times may occasionally exceed the published estimate. If this happens, we will contact affected customers as soon as possible with an updated estimated dispatch date and offer the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

For eligible in-stock products, our current cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before this time may be dispatched the same working day where operationally possible. This cut-off time may change during peak trading periods, including Bank Holidays and seasonal events.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation together with tracking information. Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter delivery instructions once an order has been handed to the courier.

If your order contains multiple items with different dispatch estimates, the entire order will normally be dispatched once all items are available. If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact our Customer Service Team before dispatch. Additional delivery charges may apply.

If your order includes a promotional free gift that is unavailable, you may choose to remove the free gift to allow the remainder of your order to be dispatched sooner.

Furniture orders may be cancelled where courier restrictions prevent safe or economical delivery.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

In-Stock Warehouse Items

Products clearly marked as Next Working Day Delivery are held in our warehouse and are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) may be dispatched the same working day where possible.

Next Working Day Delivery is subject to stock availability, successful order processing, courier capacity and delivery location and cannot be guaranteed.

Supplier Fulfilled Products

Many products are supplied directly through our manufacturer and supplier network.

Estimated dispatch timeframes are displayed on each product page and may include:

These are estimated dispatch timeframes only and are based on information provided by our suppliers at the time of listing.

While we work closely with our suppliers to maintain accurate delivery estimates, dispatch dates may occasionally change due to manufacturing schedules, import delays, customs clearance, seasonal demand or other supply chain factors outside our control.

Should a significant delay occur, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

International Deliveries

The estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page applies to all destinations.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

European Union: approximately 3–7 business days.

United States: approximately 5–9 business days.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions and local delivery services.

4. Stock Availability & Delivery Estimates

Each product page displays the current estimated dispatch timeframe applicable to that item.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith using the latest information available from our suppliers but should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

If supplier availability changes after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimate together with the option to cancel for a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are not yet available but have an expected availability date supplied by the manufacturer.

By placing a pre-order, your item is reserved from the first available incoming stock.

Please note that manufacturer release dates are estimates only and may change.

Additional Delivery Information

Delivery estimates shown apply to UK Mainland addresses.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and international destinations may require additional transit time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Some products may be delivered directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, the estimated dispatch timeframe displayed on the product page remains applicable.

5. Packaging

To reduce waste and minimise environmental impact, we may use recycled or replacement outer packaging where appropriate.

Where practical, multiple items may be consolidated into fewer parcels.

Please inspect all packaging carefully before reporting missing items.

Refused deliveries that have not been inspected may be subject to a £15.00 return handling charge.

6. International Shipping

Customs & Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Failure to pay customs charges or arrange delivery with the local courier may result in delays, return or disposal of the shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for delays arising from these circumstances.
