Questions and answers
How long is the gift card valid?
For 6 months from the date of purchase. The balance can be used in one order or over several.
How does the 10% bonus work?
For each gift card of £100 or more, we email you a separate one-use bonus code worth 10% of the card (£10, £15 or £25). It's valid for 12 months, must be used in full in one order and can't be combined with other discounts. You can pay with the gift card in the same order.
Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?
No, discount codes don't apply to gift card purchases.
Can I send it on a specific day?
Yes. Tick "Send it straight to someone as a gift", add their email and choose the date. If you leave the date empty, it's sent as soon as your order is confirmed.
