1. Delivery Details & Charges

We understand how eager you are to receive your order from The Tiny Toddlers! Many of our products are eligible for Next Day Delivery based on your postcode and if ordered before the cut-off time.

Our current cut-off time is 12pm GMT. Orders placed before this time will be processed and dispatched the same day for Next Day Delivery (depending on your location, please see further details below).

Please note that the 12pm GMT cut-off is subject to change, particularly during busy periods such as Bank Holidays or special celebrations. Be sure to check the specific product page, where you’ll see a countdown confirming stock availability and eligibility for Next Day Delivery. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation, and tracking details will be sent by our courier on the morning of delivery. Unfortunately, once the courier has your package, we cannot modify the delivery or guarantee exact times. Sometimes, unforeseen delays happen, which are out of our control, and we are unable to offer compensation in such cases.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped based on the item with the longest lead time. You can, however, request separate deliveries for in-stock items, but this will incur an additional delivery charge. If your order contains a free gift that is delayed, we regret that we cannot split the delivery. However, you may cancel the free gift to expedite the shipping of your in-stock items. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel furniture orders due to shipping logistics.

We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses for security reasons, and we may choose not to deliver to certain addresses if we believe they are not secure (e.g., communal postboxes or PO Boxes). If this affects your order, we will notify you.

3. Delivery Times

Next Day Delivery (UK only): Available for in-stock items in our warehouse. Place your order before 12pm to ensure same-day dispatch for delivery the next working day (depending on your location).
Handling Times: If order is placed before 12 PM GMT it will be done same day otherwise it will be dispatched next day.
International Deliveries:
- EU: 3–5 business days
- USA: 5–7 business days

4. Stock Availability & Delivery Information

To check stock availability and Next Day Delivery eligibility, please refer to the product page, where a countdown timer will confirm if the item is in stock. If you have any questions regarding delivery timescales, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team .

Delivery Estimates:
5-10 Working Days / 7-12 Working Days / 2-3 Weeks
These products are available through our supplier and will be reserved for you once an order is placed. We strive to deliver within the specified timeframe. Until the item arrives at our warehouse, your order status will be marked as "Awaiting Stock". Once received, we will dispatch it via standard delivery.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items are not currently in stock, but our supplier has provided an estimated availability date. Placing a pre-order ensures your item is reserved in the first shipment we receive. Once we have the stock, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Additional Delivery Details:
- The above delivery timescales apply to Mainland UK. Orders outside Mainland UK may take an additional 72 hours.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details, either from our courier or directly from the supplier if the item is shipped from them.

Direct Deliveries: These items come directly from our suppliers and will have a specific lead time displayed at the time of order. We will inform you if there are any delays.

All deliveries will receive updates, and tracking information will be provided either by us or the supplier.

5. Packaging

In our efforts to be environmentally friendly, we may use recycled or replacement packaging when needed. Therefore, the packaging may differ from the description on the box. We also try to consolidate products to minimize the number of parcels sent. Please check inside the packaging before contacting us. If an uninspected parcel is refused, a £15 returns charge will apply.

6. International Shipping

Delivery Times:
- EU: 3–5 business days
- USA: 5–7 business days

Import Taxes:
Import taxes must be paid by the buyer. Custom clearance is handled by the courier, and you will receive a message advising how much you need to pay.

7. Order Insurance

All orders are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. However, we do not cover damage to packaging itself, and packaging damage will not qualify for a replacement or free return.
