At Discount Haven 247 LTD, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 60-day return window under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of the products we sell.

  2. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. However, this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

  4. Return Due to Failed Delivery: If your order is returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we may charge a re-delivery fee of £8.99(£5.99 for orders under £50.00) to cover the cost of resending your item. If you prefer a refund, a collection fee of £15.00 plus £5.00 per additional box will be deducted from your refund amount. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. FedEx will provide you with a 3-hours delivery window on the morning of your scheduled delivery. If you are unavailable, we kindly ask that you reschedule the delivery using the tracking information provided or contact us as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been opened or used.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

International Returns

We accept international returns for all products under the same 60-day time frame and eligibility requirements. However, please note that shipping fees for international returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Process for Returning an Item

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team in the Contact Page with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is defective or we have made an error in shipping.
  4. Please note that items which are unwanted will be at a cost to yourself, this will be deducted from the refund when processed. Items collected via FedEx will be charged at £15.00 per box, for items returned via FedEx Drop off will be charged at £7.95.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (due to incorrect size, color, etc.), please follow the return process and place a new order once your return has been processed.
