Returns & Refund Policy

At Discount Haven 247 LTD, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we offer a 60-day return window, subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

Unopened and Unused Products

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition to maintain product integrity and safety.

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

  • Where approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with this policy.


2. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Recipient not being available,

  • Failure to arrange redelivery or collection,

  • Refusal of delivery, or

  • Failure to pay customs or import charges,

the following will apply:

  • Redelivery request: A redelivery fee of £8.99 (£5.99 for orders under £50.00) will be charged.

  • Refund request: A collection and handling fee of £15.00, plus £5.00 per additional box, will be deducted from the refund amount.

FedEx will provide a 3-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. If unavailable, customers are responsible for arranging redelivery using the tracking information provided or by contacting us promptly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used,

  • Products not returned in their original condition or packaging,

  • Personalised or custom-made items.


4. International Returns

International returns are accepted in line with this policy and are subject to the same 60-day return window and eligibility requirements.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide return labels for international returns unless explicitly stated.

  • Returns may only be initiated after successful delivery of the order.

Where a chargeback, PayPal dispute, Klarna case, or other payment provider claim is active, we are unable to process or accept a return until the dispute has been formally closed.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via the Contact Page or by email, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

Unwanted Items & Collection Fees

  • Items collected via FedEx Collection: £15.00 per box

  • Items returned via FedEx Drop-Off: £7.95
    Applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Delivery or Lost in Transit

  • Where an item has not been delivered or is suspected lost, a courier investigation will be initiated.

  • The courier has up to 7 days to complete the investigation.

  • A refund will be issued only once the carrier has formally confirmed the item as lost.

Refunds will not be issued where tracking confirms:

  • Successful delivery,

  • A delivery attempt, or

  • Availability for collection.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is active, refunds cannot be processed until the dispute is closed.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. size or colour), please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return has been processed.
